Provost Umphrey's James Payne Named a 2013 Texas Super Lawyer

September 10, 2013 BEAUMONT, TX: Provost Umphrey Law Firm, L.L.P., attorney James E. Payne has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers 2013 listing of the state's top lawyers in the area of Personal Injury Plaintiff General. This prestigious list only includes five percent of lawyers in the state.

James Payne is a board-certified personal injury attorney who has worked at Provost*Umphrey since 1995. Payne was certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1999. The National Board of Trial Advocacy certified him in 2001 as a Certified Civil Trial Advocate and in 2012 as a Pretrial Practice Advocate. He recently became a certified member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
