Provost Umphrey's J. Keith Hyde Named a 2013 Texas Super Lawyer

September 10, 2013 BEAUMONT, TX: Provost Umphrey Law Firm, L.L.P., attorney J. Keith Hyde has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers 2013 listing of the state's top lawyers in the area of Environmental Litigation. This prestigious list only includes five percent of lawyers in the state.

Keith Hyde practices toxic torts and environmental law and is certified by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He is licensed to practice in Texas, the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals 5 th Circuit.

Hyde has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer since 2009. He has received additional professional recognition, including being honored by The Texas Bar Foundation with a Life Fellow and earning the AV Preeminent® rating, Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating for both ethical standards and legal ability.

Keith Hyde completed his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the South Texas College of Law in Houston. He is a member of the Port Arthur and Jefferson County Bar Associations, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Industrial Hygiene Association, American Inns of Court and State Bar of Texas Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Health Law Sections.
