Needs to be organized, motivated, team player, and eager to learn. Excellent Communication Skills, Treating all Callers/Walk-ins with Dignity and Respect, Reporting Skills, Legal Administrative Skills, Typing Skills, Excellent Grammar, Client Relations, Organization, Planning, Dependability and Confidentiality, and must be Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
In Take: Answering all calls, meeting with all walk-ins and reviewing all emails from law firm chat service, communicating effectively with all potential clients, gathering all relevant information, answering callers questions without giving legal advice, screening all calls, preparing memos to attorney regarding all callers and walk-ins, maintaining daily log record, scheduling meetings for attorney and potential clients, meeting with potential clients and gathering information for attorney, making copies of documents, maintaining notebook of memos on all clients signed up, keeping attorney calendar organized and up to date.
Arbitration: Enhance arbitration proceedings by organizing evidence, preparing exhibits and arbitration notebooks, scheduling meetings, assisting with arbitration by taking notes and keeping files and exhibits organized, typing briefs, keeping attorney calendar organized and up to date.
