Provost Umphrey attorney Colin David Moore was recently named to the Board of Directors for Southeast Texas’ Nutrition and Services for Seniors.
Nutrition and Services for Seniors was founded in 1983 to give seniors the opportunity to remain independent in their own homes. The organization provides congregate meals, home delivered meals, transportation and nutrition education. In addition to these services, a network of volunteers and staff monitor the wellbeing of the meal recipients with a daily visit. A daily meal is also provided at noon in 17 locations across Jefferson and Hardin Counties. Participants can enjoy their lunch while playing games such as dominoes, bingo and cards.
Moore has been with Provost Umphrey for 16 years. His primary areas of practice include toxic tort (asbestos), product liability, personal injury and premises liability. Moore has been named a Texas Rising Star by Thomson Reuters every year since 2007. For more information on Provost Umphrey and its civic involvement, visit www.provostumphrey.com.
