Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Louisiana. Fisher previously served or is
currently serving as plaintiffs’ counsel in some of the largest multi-plaintiff
silicosis cases. He was lead trial counsel in
Donald Tompkins vs. U.S. Silica Company and recovered a jury
verdict of $7,500,000, which is the largest reported verdict in the history of
silica litigation.
A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Fisher completed his undergraduate degree in business administration at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Fisher was a finalist and quarterfinalist in the James T. Hippard Mock Trial Competition and the James Black Moot Court Competition respectively.
