Colin David Moore practices toxic tort (asbestos), personal injury, and premises and product liability law with Provost Umphrey Law Firm in Beaumont, Texas. He is licensed to practice in Texas and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Moore has been named to the Texas Rising Star list as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Texas from 2007 to 2016. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor. He is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and received the Judicial Edition AV Preeminent Rating which is the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell distinction a lawyer can receive based on peer and Judiciary review. A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Moore completed his undergraduate degree in History at Lamar University in Beaumont. While an undergraduate, he was a member of the school's national history honor society chapter.
