Representative Cases


Mr. Lindley's nationwide practice emphasizes business, securities, and patent litigation.  His clients include companies, pension plans, and individuals.  From initial investigation to appeal, Mr. Lindley has extensive experience in all phases of litigation.  Along with co-counsel, he has recovered over $800 million for clients since 2004. 

  Mr. Lindley chairs the CLE & Professionalism Committee and Lawyers Influencing Students to Achieve Committee for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.  As the author of several law review articles, Mr. Lindley is a noted scholar in securities litigation.  He is admitted to all Texas federal and state courts as well as the Southern District of Indiana.  He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, and the Second, Fifth, Ninth, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.  Mr. Lindley graduated from Baylor Law School.
