Bernard L. Middleton, a native of Centerville, Texas, graduated from Texas Southern University in 1969 with a B.A. in History. He earned his law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 1971. He is a member of the Litigation Section of the firm and practices in the areas of Labor and Employment Law. Bernie has extensive experience representing Labor Unions and employees in various labor and employment disputes. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, including its Labor and Employment, Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolutions Sections. Bernie is also a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and he is a former member of the chairman of the District 4-B Grievance Committee for the State Bar of Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Crime Stoppers of Houston, Inc. and the United States Employees Credit Union.
