JOE J. FISCHER: I've represented people all over the country. I've tried cases all the way from minor auto accidents to major refinery explosions, catastrophic injuries, airline crashes. Any case that someone's been harmed by someone else's negligence, I've probably tried that type of case. And those are the kind of cases I'll continue to work on.
I will go to the courthouse and try a lawsuit. This firm has always prided itself on having trial lawyers that won't just give up. If they won't pay us full value for a case, then we absolutely will go down and try the case at the courthouse. And I don't know that not all lawyers can say that.
